These terms cover your use of pcoptimizer.live and the PCOptimizer app ("PCO"), made by Dev Lynx. By creating an account, claiming a trial key or buying a key, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
A license key that unlocks the full PCOptimizer app for the length you pick: 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month or Lifetime. Every plan unlocks the same app. Day, Week and Month keys stop working when the period ends and never auto-renew. Lifetime is a single payment with nothing recurring.
2. One PC per key
Each key works on one PC and is tied to the PC you activate it on. A second PC needs a second key. If you replace your PC, email [email protected] with the address you paid with.
3. Free trial
The free 24-hour key needs an account with a verified email. One free trial per person and PC. Your 24 hours start the first time you log in to PCOptimizer with the key.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your key is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
5. Refunds
No refunds once a key has been used. See the Refund Policy.
6. No performance promises
Results vary by PC. PCO frees up resources that are being wasted; it can't create headroom your hardware doesn't have, and we don't promise any specific speed or FPS change.
7. Use it sensibly
PCO makes changes to Windows, such as cleanup, power plans and network settings. Most can be undone (Quarantine restore, Undo Last Tune, System Restore prompts), but emptying the Recycle Bin and deleting crash dumps are permanent, and the app asks before doing either. Back up anything important. PCO doesn't inject into games or change game files, but no tool can promise it fits every game's rules, so check your game's rules if you're unsure.
8. Don't abuse the license
Don't share, resell, crack or reverse-engineer keys or the app, or try to get around the trial limits. We may disable keys or accounts that do.
9. Provided "as is"
PCO is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect losses or data loss from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your key. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
