Short version: we collect what we need to run accounts, deliver keys and take payment. We don't sell your data. The app never reads your Discord token, messages or passwords.
What we collect and why
- Account: your email address and a hashed password (never the password itself), to log you in, verify your email and send password resets.
- Purchases: your email and order details from Stripe, to deliver your key and help with order questions. Stripe handles your card; we never see the full number.
- License keys:our license system (KeyAuth) links each key to a hardware ID of the PC it's activated on, and sees the IP address used, to enforce one PC per key and one trial per person.
- Free trial check:the app also sends a hardware ID to our trial server so the same PC can't claim repeat free trials.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks sign-ups and logins for bots.
- Site visits: Cloudflare may count anonymous, cookie-free page visits. If you arrive from one of our links, the checkout may record which link or campaign sent you.
- On your device: the site stores your theme choice and a signed-in flag in your browser. Your login session uses a secure cookie.
What the app does and doesn't touch
PCO cleans temp folders, caches and crash dumps. It leaves your profiles, saved passwords, cookies, bookmarks and personal files alone. Discord Protection checks your Discord install for files token stealers tamper with, but it never reads your Discord token, login or messages. The app only contacts our servers for the license check, the trial check, and to download updates and their checksum.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), KeyAuth (license keys), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection, visit stats) and Resend (key and account emails).
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, fraud and support reasons.
Your choices
Email [email protected] from your account address to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account ends any active key.
